Hi, I’m Emily Thompson, a certified personal trainer, fitness coach, and your go-to wellness ally. This blog bungeefitnessclass.com is the product of my experience and learnings throughout my fitness journey after graduation. With a degree in Fitness & Sports Science from the University of Florida, I’ve spent the last several years helping people transform their lives through smart, sustainable fitness and nutrition strategies.
My journey into health and wellness began with a simple goal: to make fitness less intimidating and more accessible. I believe that everyone deserves to feel strong, energized, and confident—regardless of where they’re starting from.
