PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what information bungeefitnessclass.com collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We’ve kept it short and plain on purpose.

The Short Version

  • You can browse the site without an account. We never ask you to sign up.
  • We don’t sell your personal information.
  • If you email us or use our contact form, we receive what you send and use it only to reply.
  • We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used and Google AdSense to show ads. Both use cookies, and you can switch either one off (see Section 2).

1. What We Collect

If you only browse. We don’t ask for your name, email, or any account details. Our analytics and advertising partners (listed below) automatically collect technical information, such as your browser type, device, approximate location, and which pages you view and for how long. We use this in aggregate and don’t try to identify you.

If you contact us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional website, and your message. If you email us instead, we receive whatever you send, including requests to list a studio. We use this only to answer you and handle your request. We don’t add you to a mailing list or share your message, and we keep it only as long as we need it to deal with your request.

What we don’t do. We don’t require registration or logins, and we don’t sell personal information.

2. Cookies and Third-Party Tools

Two Google services set cookies on this site. We don’t have access to or control over the cookies that Google or its advertisers use.

Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent through a cookie banner before non-essential cookies are set. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site will still work.

3. Your Rights by Region

Your rights depend on where you live. Because we hold very little personal data beyond contact messages, most requests are simple: email us and we’ll deal with it.

United States (including California). Under the CCPA/CPRA, you can ask what personal information a business holds about you, ask for it to be deleted, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We don’t sell personal information. Ad cookies from Google may count as “sharing” under some state laws, and you can opt out through Google Ad Settings.

Canada (PIPEDA). We collect very little personal information. You can refuse or withdraw consent for cookies through your browser, and you can ask us what we hold about you.

United Kingdom and European Union (GDPR). You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, object to how it’s used, and withdraw cookie consent at any time. We process contact messages to respond to you, and we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies.

Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask to access or correct it, or raise a concern with us directly. If we can’t resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

4. Links to Other Websites

This site links to studios and other websites. They run independently, have their own privacy practices, and aren’t under our control. Please read their policies before you share personal details with a studio or any other site.

5. Children’s Privacy

This site is meant for adults aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we’ll delete it promptly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The new version goes on this page with a new date at the top, and we’ll point out any significant change there. By continuing to use the site after an update, you accept the revised policy.
